Not quite a perfect fit on some AR-10 .308 lowers September 14, 2014

3 Stars for innovation to other multi-piece designs, but may interfere with certain lowers.
This design does a great job of overcoming upper receiver fitment/interference issues over other designs. However, I encountered fitment issues on my DPMS GII Series from the vertical part of this lever interfering with the lower's mag well, stopping the bolt release from fully engaging, wouldn't move enough. Some minor smithing (two small bends with a soft-faced pair of pliers) was required to make this extended bolt release lever function properly without sacrificing room in front of the trigger or the finish of my .308
I'm hoping Phase 5 will re-visit this design. Adding another 2-3mm length towards the back of the lower from where the lever is welded onto the bolt release "Ping-Pong Paddle" would have given a perfect installation on my application. I did not build my .308LR from different manufacturer's parts or kits. My .308LR is a stock DPMS GII Bull with a Magpul PRS - AR10/SR25 stock.

Bolt release August 18, 2014

Installed this on a DMPS LR308. It fit well and went in easily. For this rifle yo will need a 1/16" allen to remove the old release. The release works as it should, giving access from in the trigger guard.
