Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. (FFL items may take a bit longer)

We generally use Fedex, or US Postal - Priority Mail as our standard shipping methods depending on value, weight, and distance. Once an order is shipped, we will send an email confirmation with tracking details. This can also be viewed in "My Account".

Most orders over $99 and within the continental 48 states will qualify for FREE Shipping. With free shipping, the choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of Red Barn Armory. If a product is eligible for free shipping it will indicate so on the product page, and you will have the Free Shipping option available at checkout if shopping cart total of eligible items exceeds $99.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order quicker? We offer faster shipping and process with FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2-day air delivery. Expedited orders placed online receive higher priority and will usually ship within 24 hours. Most expedited orders placed by 12 pm CST Monday-Friday ship the same day. These two methods are the only options to expedite processing of your orders, all others are processed in the order received.

Please Note: Red Barn Armory does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages left by the shipping carrier. If this is of concern to you then please select another shipment at your expense and indicate signature required in the order notes. See Lost Packages below.
Note: USPS Priority Mail 1, 2, or 3-Day is not an express delivery service and times are an estimate based on a best-case scenario. Realistic times are 3-7 days.
If you need your package sooner please select an alternative method of shipment at checkout.
International Orders

Due to ITAR restrictions, we can only ship our products within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments will be made to APO/FPO, US Territories or International addresses.

Exchanges & Returns

We strive to offer the best products on the market. To keep prices low and provide the best service, avoid returns by asking any questions you may have prior to your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product.

If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund less a 15% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment.
Returned items that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount.The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

A 20% open box fee in addition to the 15% restocking fee (totaling 35%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Items that have been installed are considered used and are non-returnable.

All returns require an RMA #

Prior to returning an item, please send an email to EMAIL Red Barn Armory referencing the order number and item(s) being returned.
Any shipment that arrives without prior notification will be marked "Return to Sender" and returned at the sender's expense.

The following items may not be returned and all sales are considered final.
1. Handguns, Long guns, Upper and Lower Receivers
2. Barrels, and Bolt Carrier Groups
3. handguards and triggers
4. Ammunition
5. Optics
6. Special Orders

The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping for any returned item(s).
Red Barn Armory recommends the use of an insured, trackable method of returning products such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx.
Responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit to us is that of the customer, not Red Barn Armory.
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and the customer will be notified of the progress of the return.
Returned orders that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount.

Regulatory changes - Federal, State, or Local

Due to the political nature of the firearm industry we are not able to accept items for return or exchange based on regulatory changes, whether it be federal, state or local.

Order Cancellation/ Changes

Orders that are placed and canceled prior to shipping are assessed a 5% fee. This fee is waived if the customer elects a store credit instead of a refund.

Lost Package

In the event of a lost package, we will re-ship the order after the claims process and investigation with the Federal Postal Inspector or other shipping service has concluded its investigation (usually less than 2 weeks).

To expedite your replacement, feel free to place a duplicate order so that we can get you your products and parts as quick as possible. Once we are able to confirm the loss with the carrier for the original shipment we will issue a refund.

Packages that show to be delivered by the carrier are considered delivered and become the customer's responsibility.

Warranties

Red Barn Armory is not a warranty or repair center. All warranty claims must be submitted through the original manufacturer. If it is determined you need warranty service for an item purchased from Red Barn Armory please contact the manufacturer directly. Red Barn Armory will assist as needed. Please do not return items to us for warranty or repair as it will be returned to you and further delay your claim process.
