Description

Designed with Phantom styling in mind but works as a muzzle brake and compensator. This 5 port design has no downward facing port which helps eliminate dust problems when shooting in the prone position. The 5M1 maintains the aggressive front end for hand-to-hand situations. Threaded 1/2"-28 and includes crush washer. Made by YHM (Yankee Hill Machine).

1/2x5/8 thread for .223/ 5.56 caliber

YHM phantom comp/ muzzle brake February 8, 2015

Looks really really sharp on the front of my pistol build. Seriously, I wasn't sure about using it or just going with my A2, but it looks really good. I just hope the concussion isn't too bad on a 10.5" barrel haha.

Haven't shot it yet, but good design October 22, 2014

Great shipping and service from RBA.  I just finished assembling my rifle and I have yet to take it to the range, but assuming this will work out, it's a great product.  Nice price-point for something that supposedly will provide two (or three if you count the aggressive front end) functions and it went on with a snap.
