Red Barn Armory Return Policy:

To keep prices low and provide the best service, avoid any potential return by reading the product description and asking any questions you may have prior to placing your order. Use the "Contact Us" tab below if you any product questions prior to placing an order.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of your order.

Unless otherwise noted all sales are considered final. If an item has been installed, or the factory sealed packaging opened or tampered with then it is not returnable. This also includes items that are "test fitted". It is the responsibility of the customer to determine fit and compatibility prior to placing an order.

If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund.

All accepted returns or exchange are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Returns are only accepted when they include all original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. Any missing item will result in a 30% open box fee, in addition to the 20% restocking fee (totaling 50%) will be assessed. To be blunt, we're not in the business of selling used or incomplete products. Once you open a package, you own it.
Returned items that show evidence of use or installation will be discarded and accessed a 100% restocking fee.

The standard method of refund is in the form of a store credit. All returns require an RMA #

Prior to returning an item, please complete the RMA REQUEST FORM.

Any shipment that arrives without prior notification will be marked "Return to Sender" and returned at the sender's expense.

The following items may not be returned and all sales are considered final*
1. Firearms & Lower Receivers
2. Uppers and components including Barrels, and Bolt Carrier Groups
3. handguards and triggers
4. Ammunition
5. Scopes & Optics
6. Electronics
7.Special Orders

The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping for any returned item(s).

Red Barn Armory recommends the use of an insured, trackable method of returning products such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
Responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit to us is that of the customer, not Red Barn Armory.

Once the returned item is received, the customer will be notified of the progress of the return.
Returned orders that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refund if the return results in a total less the qualifying amount.

Regulatory changes - Federal, State, or Local

We are unable to accept items for return or exchange affected by regulatory changes, whether it be federal, state or local.


Red Barn Armory is not a warranty or repair center. All warranty claims must be submitted through the original manufacturer. If it is determined you need warranty service for an item purchased from Red Barn Armory please contact the manufacturer directly. Red Barn Armory will assist as needed. Please do not return items to us for warranty or repair as it will be returned to you and further delay your claim process.

* For certain reasons, some products are not able to be accepted for return. These products still carry their full warranty from the original manufacturer. Please contact us directly if you experience less than 100% satisfaction with any RBA branded products.
